Helen Chadwick, 99, of Peterson, Minn., formerly of Como Park, died Jan. 17, 2020. She is survived by her son Philip. She was preceded in death by her husband, L.J. “Chad.” Services will be in the spring. Memorials to Mayo Clinic Hospice.
