Historian and public television commentator Nick Hayes will present “Russia and the United States: History of a Relationship” Tuesday, Feb. 27, at 1 p.m. at Roseville Library, 2180 N. Hamline Ave. Hayes will give an overview of the contentious and important links between the two countries. The program is free and there is no pre-registration required.
