The annual meeting of the members of Park Press Inc., publisher of the Park Bugle, will be held at 7 p.m., Thursday, July 23, via Zoom.
The agenda will include the election of directors, minor changes to bylaws, conversation about the future of the Bugle and other matters that may be raised by members. Anticipated bylaw changes include establishing a slightly smaller board of directors and amending the group’s meeting schedule.
