The Falcon Heights City Council will meet on Jan. 9 to consider granting a conditional use permit for an adult day center at 1550 Larpenteur Ave. {Falcon Town Square}.
Pending city approval, Sherman Associates plans to remodel space for what would become the Gargaar Adult Daycare Center, according to Falcon Heights City Administrator Sack Thongvanh. The facility is also subject to a state licensing review.
The Gargaar Adult Day Center will feature several activities, including art therapy, exercise classes, massage therapy, and wellness checkups.
