NAMI Minnesota (National Alliance on Mental Illness) will offer a free class to young people who have experienced psychosis and/or their family members and loved ones to help them understand symptoms, causes and treatments of psychosis. Participants who have experienced psychosis will learn how to self-advocate and get back to work or school and achieve recovery. Loved ones and family members will learn how to help and support a young person through recovery.
The class will be held Tuesday, Nov. 22, 6:30-8:30 p.m., at Roseville Library, 2180 N. Hamline Ave. For more information or to register (which is required), call 651-645-2948 or go to namihelps.org.
