Join your neighbors on Monday, May 6, for a community sing at Luther Seminary Olson Student Center, 1490 Fulham St. Social time begins at 6:30 p.m. and singing begins at 7 p.m.
Musicians Dan Chouinard and Ann Reed will lead community members in great American songs and participant’s requests. Lyrics will be provided, but if you have a Rise Up Singing book, please bring it.
No experience or trained voice is needed; the gathering will celebrate community and make a joyful noise.
The event is free but a hat will be will passed for the musicians.
The center’s coffee shop will be open, where participants can purchase beverages and desserts. The community sing is co-sponsored by the District 12 Community Council.
