Know your Como? Join our volunteer writers!
Are you good at sharing good stories? Then you could be exactly who District 10 is looking for help with its Know Your Como project.
During the past year, the District 10 Neighborhood Relations Committee continued to coordinate volunteer writers from the neighborhood to celebrate large and small contributions of neighbors and the diversity that makes Como a special place.
With the help of the Neighborhood History Project, the latest Know Your Como pieces are posted in the District 10 website newsfeed and weekly newsletter. You can find all articles to date at district10comopark.org/kyc.
This year the group intends to feature places and history, in addition to community members. If you would like to join the volunteer team email firstname.lastname@example.org.
