Cornercopia, the University of Minnesota’s student organic farm, will host an open house and field day Thursday, Sept. 21, 4:30-6:30 p.m., on the farm, located at the intersection of Lindig Street and Dudley Avenue on the St. Paul campus. This will be an opportunity to learn about the organic growing practices students are involved in, as well as talk with researchers about organic and sustainable agriculture research. There will be tours, tasting and more. The event is free and open to the public.
