Edward Joseph Pojar, 93, died June 3. He was a lifelong resident of the South Como Park neighborhood.

He died peacefully in the house where he was born. He loved golf, photography, fast boats and faster cars. He was feisty and fun-loving, with a quick wit and a wild sense of humor. His gift to everyone around him was his ability to make people laugh.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Paul and Theodore. He will be missed by his many nieces and nephews and sister-in-law Lorraine.

Memorial Mass was celebrated at St. Jerome Catholic Church in Maplewood on June 7, with interment at St. John’s Cemetery.
