Join the Neighbors of Alden Square in celebrating the Festival of Lights. Bring an ice lantern or luminaria to Alden Square (1169 Gibbs Ave.) at 5:00 on December 21. The lanterns will be lit during the evenings until December 31 when the neighbors will meet to sing Auld Lang Syng. (bring a noise maker). All neighbors are invited to walk through the park in the evenings whether or not they contributed a lantern.
