Join the Neighbors of Alden Square Park in celebrating the holiday season. Bring an ice lantern or luminari to Alden Square (1169 Gibbs Ave. ) to light on December 21 at 5:00. The lanterns will be lit throughout the holiday season ending with singing Auld Lang Syng on New Year’s Eve. (Bring a noise maker.) Everyone is invited to visit the park in the evening throughout the festival whether or not you made an ice lantern.
