Roseville High School Presents Two Winter One-Act Plays January 26th through January 28th at RAHS Theater
13:00 to 14:00
From 24-01-18 to 28-01-18

ROSEVILLE, Minn. (January 8, 2018) – RAHS drama students perform two Winter one-act plays starting with Bill Aronson’s “Free Will” as well as Peter Bloedel’s “The Seussification of Romeo and Juliet.” Be sure to join the fun January 26th through January 28th in the RAHS Performing Arts Center.

Free Will aims to remove real or perceived barriers to classic theatre by following eight iconic Shakespeare characters from different plays who wind up on an island. Watch the comedy, tragedy and romance ensue.

The Seussification of Romeo and Juliet is a whimsical reinvention of Shakespeare’s tragic love story, complete with rhymed couplets, creative wordplay, and fantastical machines.

Curtain time is 7 p.m. for shows January 26th and 27th (Friday-Saturday) and 2pm on Sunday, January 28th. A matinee performance at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, January 24th is free for all area senior citizens.

Both Winter one-acts will be staged at the Lloyd C. Nielsen Performing Arts Center at RAHS, 1251 County Road B2 West, Roseville, MN 55113. Tickets to see both one-acts are $5 and can be purchased online at the box office.
