You can now bring your food waste, non-recyclable paper and compostable plastics to six Ramsey County yard-waste sites. This free service is available to Ramsey County residents only. No organic waste will be accepted from businesses. The closest site to Falcon Heights is at 1943 Pierce Butler Route in the Midway area of St. Paul. Falcon Heights residents can pick up two free composting bags at Falcon Heights City Hall. Call 651-792-7600 or drop by during business hours. You can fill the bags with food waste (including meat, dairy and bones), nonrecyclable paper (including paper plates, napkins and pizza boxes) and compostable plastics.
