John Gille Pearson, 86, of St. Anthony Park, died Jan. 25 from myelodysplasia.
Jack graduated from Murray High School, Gustavus Adolphus College and St. Mary’s grad school. He was a teacher at Murray and Como Park Senior High School for more than 30 years and high school hockey coach for Murray High School.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Beverly; sons, Joe, Jon and James; daughter, Amy Peterson; seven grandchildren; and sisters, Bonnie Burns, Margaret Lundberg and Judy Palmquist.
A memorial service was held Feb. 1 at Holcomb-Henry-Boom- Purcell in Shoreview, with interment at Fort Snelling.
