Learn about golden eagles in Minnesota

Mark Martell, director of bird conservation with Audubon Minnesota, will present “Golden Eagles in Minnesota” at the St. Paul Audubon Society meeting, Thursday, March 12, at 7 p.m., at Fairview Community Center, 1910 W. County Road B, Roseville.

Martell has been with Audubon Minnesota for the last 12 years. Before that, he was a research fellow at the University of Minnesota Raptor Center. He has worked on raptors in North and Central America for more than 30 years and has been studying golden eagles since 2009. The event is free and open to the public. A social time with refreshments begins at 6:45 p.m.
