Learn about Wildlife Rehabilitation Center at next Audubon meeting

Phil Jenni, executive director of the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, will talk about the center’s work at the St. Paul Audubon Society meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 8, at Fairview Community Center, 1910 W. County Road B, Roseville.

The Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, 2530 Dale St. N., Roseville, is one of the nation’s leading veterinary clinics for injured and orphaned wildlife. The center has treated more than 9,000 wild animals from among 184 species in each of the last two years. The center also provides professional education to veterinary students from around the world and to many other students interested in careers involving wildlife.

WRC is also involved in activities that have national and even international significance in regard to protecting both wildlife and human health.
