Letter: Emotions Anonymous meets at Hamline Methodist each week

Do you often feel nervous, anxious, lonely or fearful? Do you suffer from mood swings? Are you suffering from depression, panic attacks or crying spells?

You can find help in a 12-Step group called Emotions Anonymous. At EA meetings, we read EA literature and share how we are coping with our emotional problems and how applying the 12 Steps of EA helps us find mental health.

The meetings are open to anyone seeking to achieve and maintain emotional balance. We are not a religious group ,and we welcome people of any religious affiliation or no religious affiliation. There is no cost to attend our meetings.

We use first names only, and everything we say at a meeting is confidential. We meet each Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Hamline United Methodist Church, 1514 Englewood Ave. Use the rear entrance and ring the bell to gain admittance. We meet upstairs in Room 7.
