Attending our event was classmate Bill Stevenson, retired 3M engineer, and recent subject of an ABC News item regarding his determination and skill to design, for people in need, a system and device that can provide them with clean drinking water. The article referred to the St. Anthony Park native as a “Golden Oldie,” whatever that means.
