Cub Scout Pack 22 and Boy Scout Troop 17 thank all of the supporters of our annual Christmas wreath sales. It’s so heartening to come to a door and someone says, “Oh! We’ve been hoping you’d stop by this year!” or “Must be that time again, let me get my checkbook!”
Your ongoing support of our scouting units helps us ensure we have the supplies and resources we need to carry out our annual programming, but most important, it helps us make sure our Scouts can afford their respective summer camp experiences. Whether it’s a weekend-long camp experience for the Cubs or the weeklong experience for the Boy Scout troop at our beloved Tomahawk Scout Camp near Rice Lake, Wis., these camps are the highlight of every Scout’s year.
Your wreath purchases directly touch the lives of the nearly 70 youth in our two Scout units and supports them as they learn the skills necessary to be successful and involved citizens and leaders in our community and beyond.
A special thanks to Speedy Market for their generous annual support and willingness to allow us to sell our wreaths at their store. We are blessed to have them as a partner, and we are blessed to be in a community that has continued to support Scouting in this neighborhood for more than 100 years.
