The St. Paul City Council approved the rezoning of 2330 Long Ave. in South St. Anthony from T2 to T3 by a vote of 7-0 on June 13. Developer Jamie Stolpestad sought the zoning change to allow the building of a four-story complex on the site. Stolpestad plans to build nine condominiums next to and above the Lakes and Plains building at 842 Raymond Ave. He has long-term plans to build 20 to 50 “micro-apartments” or condominiums on the vacant lot at 2330 Long Ave.
