Michael J. Fitzgerald, 78, of Como Park, died Aug. 16, 2021.
He was preceded in death by his father Thomas and mother Anna and his sister Kathleen Thelen. He is survived by Yvonne, his wife of 50 years; his children Brian (Jennessa) Fitzgerald, Karen (Joe) Nusbaum, Andy (Alyssa) Fitzgerald, and Becky (Josh) Moore; 10 grandchildren; his brother, Father Tom Fitzgerald; and brother-in-law Dick Thelen.
Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Aug. 24 at Maternity of Mary Catholic Church, with interment at Roselawn Cemetery.
