Rosemary “Mimi” (Renfro) Jennings, St. Anthony Park, died of cancer Oct. 1, 2022. She was a longtime French teacher at St. Paul Central High School and was an active poet in the Park and won the Park Bugle annual poetry contest in 2019 and 2021. She was also an active member of Transition Town-ASAP.
