Como Dockside at the Como Lakeside Pavilion will be hosting Music and Movies in the park every Friday in August. Music performances start at 7 p.m. and will be followed by movies at dusk.
The events are free and will be held at the pavilion. The dates, bands and movies are listed below:
Aug. 7: Minneapolis soul band Southside Desire and movie “Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure.” (PG)
Aug. 14: Yach rock group Tropical Depression and “Muppets From Space” (G)
Aug. 21: Midwestern folk rock/Americana group Farewell Milwaukee and “Young Frankenstein” (PG).
Aug. 28: Indie-electro-garagepop band Fort Wilson Riot and “Williow” (PG).
