Avalon student wins gold Ben Stever-Zeitlin, a sophomore at Avalon School, 700 Glendale St., St. Anthony Park, won a gold medal in science and a bronze medal in speech at the National Academic Decathlon in Texas in April. Stever-Zeitlin competed as an individual in the small-school division. Congrats, Ben.
