Patricia L. Lebens, longtime owner of Lebens Flowers, 92, died May 5, 2017. Lebens was located for decades on what is now the site of Greenhouse Village Cooperative.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Nic Jr.; son, Nick III; great-grandson, Trenton Gleaton; sons-in-law, Patrick Rosenthal and Larry Gleaton; and sister, Joy Donlon. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Dede Lebens; children, Patricia Gleaton, Jody (Frank) Puleo, Maryclaire (Mike) Theis, Philip (Becky) Lebens and Crista Lebens (Annie Courtney); 16 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and brother, Ken (Margaret) Westman.
Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated May 9 at Holy Childhood Catholic Church in Como Park, with interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
