A number of St. Anthony residents participated in a candlelight peace vigil Wednesday evening to mark Inauguration Day. The event was “a time to walk in solidarity with our neighbors as we work for peace in our community and nation,” church organizers said. The vigil took place along a stretch of Como Avenue near St. Anthony Park Lutheran Church.
Sponsoring churches were Centennial United Methodist Church, St. Matthews Episcopal Church, St. Anthony Park United Church of Christ and St. Anthony Park Lutheran Church.
