Robert McNattin, Falcon Heights, 84, died Sept. 18. He was a longtime Teamster activist and an invaluable leader in the Teamster pension protection movement.
He was born to Robert and Hilda (Mose) in Illinois in 1938. Nothing in Bob’s life meant more to him than his family.
Bob is survived by children Michael and his mother Cynthia Slack and Andrew (Gia Vitali), Katie (Grizzly Malchow), Patrick (Helen Ingham) and Elizabeth (Joe Domanik) and their mother Ann McNattin; and five grandchildren, as well as dear friend Mary Ann Mattox and cherished companion Monika Kiley of Bellingham, Washington.
Beloved family, friends and colleagues remember Bob fondly for the undimmable glint in his eye, his ready laugh, his unyielding devotion to the causes he believed in and the unconditional love he had for so many.
Celebration of Life was held on Oct. 10 at Mancini’s Char House in St. Paul.
