Conservative legal scholar Robert Delahunty will take a look at the history of the American legal system this fall at the Roseville Library, 2180 N. Hamline Ave. During three consecutive Tuesdays, Delahunty will discuss the origins of the Equal Protection Clause (Sept. 18), the 14th Amendment in Post-Civil War America (Sept. 25) and the Constitution Today (Oct. 2). The talks begin at 1 p.m. These programs are free, and there is no registration required.
