High school youth will perform Shakespeare’s “Much Ado About Nothing” alfresco and free to the public in June. Come to the College Park willow trees and see Shakespeare’s beloved comedy of battling wits and conquering hearts, of foiled plots and brilliant hijinks. Performances will be Thursday, June 22, and Friday, June 23, at 7 p.m. with a matinee on Friday at 11 a.m. Pick up a copy of the play at Micawber’s to read before the show. Find your favorite quotes and look for them on signs that will be posted around the neighborhood. When it’s showtime, bring your friends and family and spread a blanket. Donations will be appreciated.
