New council members St. Anthony Park residents elected new community council board members in October. Congratulations to Michael Russelle (delegate), Wanjiru Mugo (alternate), Mimi Jennings (alternate), Kevin Caufield (delegate), JoAnne Makela (delegate), Christina Morrison (delegate) and Brad Englemann (alternate).
