The St. Anthony Park Land Use Committee will discuss a proposal to change the zoning code in north St. Anthony Park to allow the construction of accessory dwelling units (ADUs) at the committee’s regular meeting on Thursday, April 3, at 7 p.m.
If approved by the committee, the proposal will then go before the district council board of directors on Thursday, April 10, at 7 p.m. The board will then vote on whether or not to recommend that the city make zoning ordinance changes in north St. Anthony Park that would allow for the construction of ADUs.
Both meetings will be held at South St. Anthony Recreation Center, 890 Cromwell Ave. Learn more about the issue and the proposed changes at ww.sapcc.org/adus.
