A citizens’ group that has challenged St. Paul’s ordinance for an organized trash-hauling system is holding an informational forum from 6:45-7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 22, at the St. Anthony Park Library, 2245 Como Ave. Opponents of the trash system will discuss the November referendum ballot question on the issue.
