Longtime resident of Lauderdale, Virginia Matheny, 91, died Dec. 24, 2021. She was preceded in death by her first husband, David Beck; second husband, Marvin Matheny; daughter Karen (Paul) Sorensen; sisters, Delores (Bud) Digerness and Gloria (Ole) Ruschmeyer.
She is survived by children, David (Sally) Beck, Ray (Cindy) Beck, Barb (Dave) Clausen; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and husband Ralph Carlson.
Memorial Service was held at Peace Lutheran Church Jan. 14, 2022.
